Our Privacy Policy regulates all privacy-related matters for all users (regardless of their location or citizenship) of our Website and Services in general. Our GDPR Privacy Statement represents a legal document that regulates the privacy-related matters of the specific group of our users, who are living and working in the EU. Both legal documents apply to the EU users, while Privacy Policy applies only to the non-EU users. Please note that you are required to inform us directly and immediately, if you can't or won't accept the requirements and regulations of this Privacy Statement and/or Privacy Policy by sending us an email at legal@golance.com.

Privacy Data Collecting and Processing

When you interact with our website and/or services, you may be required to provide different types of personal data. Please note that you have a choice to decline the disclosure of your private information partially or completely. However, you should be aware that some pieces of your personal information are required for you to use all the features on our website.

We are doing our very best to protect your private information. We protect it both offline and online. ‍Your privacy information you share with us has been stored in the following way:
On servers owned, controlled, and hosted in the USA, which is protected by us in a safe environment and locked facility, constantly guarded and monitored according to the USA data privacy protection regulations and laws.
On the servers controlled and/or owned by us when the private data is collected and processed by the third-parties in our name and on our behalf in the USA according to the USA data privacy protection regulations and laws.
Please note that your information can be processed outside the USA by our various service providers. We can’t accept the responsibility for potential privacy issues associated with these providers.
Updating and maintaining your personal information for the purposes and in the cases regulated by this Policy Statement is the responsibility of every user at an individual level.
You hereby accept that we can retain your private information as long as it is necessary to provide our services and maintain our website. Even when you unsubscribe and request us to remove your private information, some pieces may be retained for the above-mentioned purposes and reasons.
When requested, your data will be deleted from our user databases. The right to safely move your privacy data from one IT environment to another, if that’s possible and in accordance with our Policy’s requirements;
You have the right to receive a copy of the personal information held by us unless your demand is unfounded or excessive in its nature when we are entitled to refuse it;
